Email and Text Messaging Terms

Ridgetech Solutions LLC may offer email and text messaging about our services, company news, events, promotions, and relevant business updates. These terms apply to our own messaging programs. Client campaigns that we help operate may have their own identified sender, terms, and privacy policy.
Text-message enrollment
When you separately opt in to a Ridgetech text program, you authorize recurring marketing texts from Ridgetech to the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology where disclosed. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing a phone number for a project or accepting website terms alone does not constitute marketing-text consent.
You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of the number. Notify us if you change or give up that number. Message frequency varies by program and activity. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, to the extent permitted by law.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts. You may receive one non-marketing confirmation of the request. For assistance, contact hello@ridgetech.io. You may also communicate an opt-out request through another reasonable method clearly identifying the number and your request. We honor requests within the period required by applicable law.
For email marketing, use the unsubscribe link in the message or contact us. We do not charge an opt-out fee or require a purchase to unsubscribe. Necessary service communications may be handled separately where permitted by law.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use contact and communication data. We do not sell or share contact information, mobile information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Salesforce and Twilio help us manage and deliver our communications; service providers may process this information to support our messaging program and your preferences.
Program changes
We may change, pause, or stop a messaging program. We will provide notice or request new consent where required. Messages are not an emergency service and delivery is not guaranteed.
