Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 10, 2026
Ridgetech Solutions LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Ridgetech," "we," "us"), provides technology consulting, implementation, and related services. This policy explains how we handle personal information through our website, client portal, business communications, and marketing programs.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, business email, phone number, company, role, inquiry, and communication preferences. When you use the client portal, we process account information, requests, comments, attachments, and project activity. We also collect technical information needed to operate and protect our services, such as IP addresses, browser information, sign-in events, and system logs.
We may receive business contact and project information from your organization, authorized colleagues, and the business systems connected to our services. Please provide only information you are authorized to share. Do not include sensitive personal information in general inquiries or project requests unless we have agreed on an appropriate process.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, administer accounts and access, coordinate projects, provide support, send service updates, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We also use contact information for marketing where permitted and to record consent and communication preferences.
Sign-in codes, security notices, invitations, and necessary project communications are service messages. Marketing preferences are handled separately from messages needed to provide or secure an account.
Service providers and disclosures
We use providers for hosting, authentication, customer relationship management, project management, file storage, communications, and business operations. They receive information needed for their role, subject to applicable contractual and security requirements. Authorized members of your organization's workspace may see shared project information.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections. We may also disclose information at your direction.
We do not sell personal information or share contact information with other companies for their own marketing or targeted advertising.
Email and text messages
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method. You can also contact us to update your preferences. Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop necessary service communications.
We send marketing texts only to people who have opted in. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, or contact hello@ridgetech.io for assistance. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Our messaging service providers, including Salesforce and Twilio, process information as needed to support our communications and honor your preferences.
Our Messaging Terms describe program details, opt-out, and support.
Cookies and similar technology
The client portal uses essential cookies and local browser storage to maintain sessions and preferences. Hosting and security services may process technical request information. Third-party websites you choose to visit, such as scheduling services, have their own privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, recordkeeping, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Retention depends on the information and context. Suppression records may be retained to honor opt-out requests.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to our services. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe an account or information has been compromised.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, obtain a copy, or update communication preferences. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to opt out of certain processing, withdraw consent, limit sensitive-data use, or appeal a denied request. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
Send requests to hello@ridgetech.io. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with "Privacy appeal." We will explain our decision and any applicable complaint options, including the Colorado Attorney General. We respond within the time required by applicable law; rights may be subject to exceptions.
Where we process information on behalf of a client, that client may control the response. We will direct or assist the request as appropriate. The Colorado Privacy Act does not apply to every business or every type of data; this policy does not narrow any rights you have under applicable law.
Location and audience
Our services are directed to businesses and adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to applicable requirements.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes.
